Return & Refund Policy

Physical Prints & Kits We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

To start a return, please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Digital Downloads / Printables Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of printable items are final and non-refundable. Please review size/format details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll cover return shipping in these cases and send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
